1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using HeatMaster ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
CILICO Microelectronic LTD. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use HeatMaster for personal purposes. This license does not permit resale or redistribution of the App or its components.
3. Use of HeatMaster
The App, developed by Reff Wu, is designed for real-time temperature monitoring during cooking. Users must strictly follow the instructions provided with the compatible hardware.
Important: CILICO Microelectronic LTD. is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use of the thermometer or the App.
4. Limitations of Liability
The App and associated hardware are not designed for critical or life-safety applications. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CILICO Microelectronic LTD. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App or thermometer.
5. No Data Collection
HeatMaster does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or usage data.
6. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Use the App and hardware only as instructed.
- Not modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to tamper with the App or hardware.
- Accept full responsibility for your use of the thermometer and its impact on your cooking or other applications.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada, where the App and hardware are marketed and sold.
