We aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the guidelines below for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order anytime before it ships to receive a full refund.
- To cancel, please contact us at orders@cilico.store with your order number and details.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Note: If an order is canceled due to a violation of our Terms of Service, unrecoverable payment processing fees (up to 4%) may be deducted.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll take the product back, no questions asked.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Items that are damaged, misused, or altered are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, contact us at orders@cilico.store to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once issued, the RMA is valid for 14 days, during which the product must be shipped back to us.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping costs and any applicable duties are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Currency and Exchange Rates
All refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD). Due to exchange rate fluctuations, the final amount refunded may differ slightly from the original charge.
