When Will My Order Ship?

Shipping dates are estimated and may change. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor delivery progress. If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at service@cilico.store with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at service@cilico.store with your order number and a clear photo of the item’s condition. We will work toward a satisfactory solution.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the specifics of your order.

Taxes and Duties

Sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For customers outside the United States, all taxes, duties, and import fees are pre-paid at checkout under Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) terms to ensure a smooth delivery process without unexpected fees.
