Warranty Policy

At CILICO Microelectronics LTD, we stand by the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty applies to all products purchased directly from us or our authorized retailers.
Warranty Coverage
We provide a 24-month warranty from the date of shipment. During this period, your product is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What We Cover
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Functional issues arising under normal consumer use.
Should a defect occur within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product at no charge, or
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal value.
Warranty Claim Process
- Contact us at orders@cilico.store to request a Warranty Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
- Follow the return instructions provided, including using appropriate packaging for the product.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will confirm eligibility and proceed with repair or replacement. If the defect is not covered, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
- Products altered or repaired by non-authorized technicians.
- Damage caused by accidents, improper storage, or external events (e.g., natural disasters).
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents.
- Products sold as “refurbished” or used for commercial purposes.
Limitations of Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this Warranty is provided “as is” and in lieu of all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. CILICO Microelectronics LTD is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising under this Warranty shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
